This also means your blog posts will appear across your Twitter followers. The effects are more active and updated Twitter, building community as well, potential traffic to your blog, and increasing followers. Although using Twitterfeed could give different result for different people.

It’s very interesting, since you’ll get notification via email when someone tweets about your entered keywords list. Those keywords could be about you or any specific topic you are interesting in.
