New Adwords Interface
All Adwords users probably have received an alert or notification on their Adwords Dashboard about Adwords survey. The survey asks you several things about Adwords interface. Grounded on your feedback Google tries to do better and make new Adwords interface. AdWords campaign management has been redesigned to help you get your work done faster.
I like the new Adwords interface since it has many features to make your Adwords management and reporting easier. Since it’s new, so I quite unfamiliar with the new interface. But in the next few days I think I’ll be familiar with it.
Key updates to the new Interface:
- Easier account navigation through a new account tree.
- In-line editing of keywords, bids, ads and placements.
- Integrated reports on campaign management pages.
- Roll-up views of all keywords, ads and placements in a campaign.
- Quick filtering to focus on the data you care about most.
- Performance summary graphs for quick trend-spotting.

I like the new google adwords interface.
Filtering the keywords, and tweaking adcopy is fast and straight forward.
The new interface is compatible with Firefox 3, Internet Explorer 7, and Google Chrome, this seems to be the biggest complaint about the new interface, i normally use AdWords Editor when I’m making batch changes.
Yup agree wid “used bikes”.. this is the complaint abt the new interface.. i too use adwords editor..

I still not comfortable with new adwords interface, i have to get used to it again.

i have used Adwords to promote my event site for once and after that i am looking much into Seo and get organic traffic from search engines via keyword rankings. i like to spend less in advertisements

I have an account. I’m going through the steps. I get to the page where I’m suppose to put the ad together and there is nothing on that page except a narrow red banner at the top that comes up that reads, “There is a new Adwords interface.

Google has made a more remunerative place with its AdWords campaign.

Whatever Google does, it does stamp its authority for revenue generation with it. The Midas touch, it would seem.
I discovered they have new competition that does a better job marketing – I get to say something next week). I heard comments from two about how much more friendly the Yahoo interface is than Google’s, but I don’t currently use Yahoo! Search Marketing in any capacity.

I have to agree with David’s comment… Not having the ability to set unique destination URLs on a keyword level is very frustrating.

The ability to generate additional revenue is an asset the new interface has overlooked to its disadvantage.

Yeah great point on the differentiation between conversion actions; it seems like they’re moving towards this with the recent reporting options re: being able to see “multiple” conversions. I think the recent changes suggest that if we ask long and loud enough for things G will eventually get there, so hopefully that’ll be on the roadmap.
