Right, we should consider the feedback of a hosting company. Like on my experience, I was adviced by my web developer to transfer to other web hosting company because of hacking problems. Without searching for a feedback, I found one hosting company that has cheap rates. So I signed up. It took about 2 days for my account to be activated and because it’s very urgent to transfer my site to other hosting, I made a research about this hosting company and I was very surprised with tons of negatives feedbacks coming from their previous client. I request for the cancellation for the account and have my money back but they are not replying on my email. Instead they sent me an Invoice after 13 days upon activation.

I have regrets on signing up for an account without background check. So lesson learn do a background check first before you decide to have your site hosted in some web hosting company
